BACKGROUND

The need for standardized, nationwide services was recognized by Dr. Neil S. Hibler, Director of the firm.  He spent 24 years as a Special Agent of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), and was the OSI Command Clinical Psychologist from 1977 until his retirement in 1994.

Included in the experience represented by our staff is the development of the Intelligence Community's espionage research program, the determination of the causes for violations of trust and the evolution of effective deterrents.  Contributions to ensure reliability in the work place includes fitness for duty evaluations to assess suitability to perform duties, assessment of violence, and determination of disability.

The pre-employment screening program has assessed over 25,000 candidates.   Every case has passed quality assurance review; none has been challenged in a court of law.  None of the 3,000 special duty assessments or fitness for duty evaluations has been challenged.  The comprehensive program that is offered is unsurpassed in confirming emotional status and recommending personnel actions.
